What we process
Invoice XML or provider error text you submit for diagnosis, session identifiers, watchlist data, and billing events from Polar.
Minimal by default
Peppol Route Doctor is designed to process invoice XML in-memory and avoid persisting raw documents unless you deliberately add that capability later. The default product stores findings, hashes, usage data, and billing metadata only.
What we avoid by default
Raw invoice storage, long-term document vaults, inbox ingestion, OCR, and model training on customer documents.
Your controls
You can request deletion of persisted metadata and watchlists. The product intentionally keeps raw content out of retained storage by default.
